4.1.3. CHECK

CHECKING THE GEARBOX FORKS

NOTE The following procedure applies to all gearbox forks.

Check selector fork cam bush (1), selector fork tooth (2) for

damage, deformation and wear.

Change the selector fork, if needed.

Ensure that selector fork slides on the shaft, change the

forks if movement is not smooth.

CHECKING THE DESMODROMIC SELECTOR DRUM

Check selector drum for damage, scratches and wear;

change the unit if necessary.
